What is Swedish massage?

Swedish massage aims to raises air circulation within the bloodstream, massaging in a way for blood to flow and circulate to and from the heart. It is relaxing, calming and stimulating all at the same time but can be adjusted to suit the clients needs.

Swedish massage is not suitable if you have a fever, infection, inflammation (acute injury), osteoporosis and some other conditions. Always check with GP beforehand if you are not sure if you will benefit from a massage.
